All of our products are handmade to order. You should receive your product within five to seven days of placing your order.
We use Royal Mail's "Tracked 48" service. You will receive a SMS or email notification from Royal Mail once we have despatched your order.
returns, exchanges and refunds
We want every play pack to be perfect and try our best to achieve this. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong.
If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us and let us know. We will do everything we can to make sure that you are satisfied with our service.
If your pack is faulty, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. To return your product, you should post your product to: The Old Forge, Sand Hutton , York, YO41 1LB , United Kingdom and let us know it's coming by using the contact form on our website or emailing email@example.com. We will refund any postage costs you incur.
In the unlikely even that you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a full refund as long as you return the item within fourteen days.
Our standard returns policy for faulty items is 30 days. However, we are extending this over the Christmas period. Please contact us if you have purchased a product as a Christmas gift and you are not happy with it for any reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as possible.
